We all that starting a business of your own is not really easy. There are many tasks/obstacles to think about and overcome. So we will talk about some of the things you need to look out for in starting your own business.
You have the following home work to do if you are planning to start a business:
-- Perform market research to identify the competitors in this field.
-- Find a manufacturer for your product.
-- Get a few hard kicks if you do not know the Trick of the Trade.
-- Make a SWOT analysis. Submit your proposal to the bank for funding.
-- Get a high interest commercial loan because you have a high credit record.
-- Register your business and insure your business.
-- Recruit people to take care of your business.
-- See to that they do not steal your business money.
-- Train them to work.
-- Pay their COBRA insurance cover.
-- And after all this repay your business loan, pay the salary for your employee, and pay all other bills and the umpteenth money
after this can be used to purchase salt for your bread.
-- Trust me! Running a business is not easy at all.
-- It takes a lot of things. After developing a product advertising the product is the next big thing you have to do.
-- The money you pay for your sales person is not enough! He feels you are cheating on him!
-- You need to improve your product to meet with competition.
-- No weekends, no vacations, even if you do you have your mind in your business because you have your EMI check coming on the 5th this month.
Though there will be some benefit after the business develops, unless you earn back your capital your peace of mind is simply left to mortgage.
How network marketing is better than a brick and mortar business? It is that you get your profit without registering for a business, without getting a loan, without paying your employee (perhaps you will sponsor someone at times), without having to worry about your business loan check. You can have a nice weekend without having to worry who is going to steal the valuables of your business. However, you do need to sell in MLM like in a regular business.
Just selling and making money is easier than starting a business and selling to sustain it. Each sale made by the down line is going to bring in money.
So, you own a business without the headache that a typical business owner has. You get the profit of a brick and mortar business without having to suffer the pains of investment. You can sell as much as you would like to.
However, like in any brick and mortar business the growth rate of your wallet is dependent upon how well you sell and based on the quality of the leads you recruit.
Now, don't be too overconfident thinking that you are not in business risk and think of driving away a BMW too soon. The BMW ride is for the king performer that knows how to steal the banyan tree from the bubble burst. I am not discouraging you from doing your own B&M business, but it would be smart if you include MLM in your business development plans. Two deals in one idea! Business and MLM..Cool!
