Success in a direct sales business often hinges on whether you link up with the best team or not. If you are not in the right team, it can make any efforts at success unproductive. I have seen through my own eyes that with a powerful opportunity in a lucrative business, joining the right team that similar principles, goals and an effective system in place WILL lead to an EMPOWERED business relationship. This can go two ways, either you have an upline that is supporting you with their leadership, or YOU are the upline, and your downline is relying on your guidance.

So, what should you be looking for when comparing teams to sign up with?

-The team has motivated leaders who are empowered and productive mentors and can teach others who join how to become leaders themselves.   Residual income puts money in an affiliate marketers pocket without any work or effort on their part. It doesnt get any better than that. Sales of back-end products allow you to get paid for work that you do more than once. The idea here is to work smarternot harder.

So what are back-end products? They are products/services you offer to existing customers, i.e. to people who have already bought a first product (front-end product. lead product) from you.
Most online marketers make much more money selling customers the second, third, fourth etc. product than selling their first product. The reason is that people who've already bought from you once are much more likely to buy again.
Strategies like back-end offers shifts the focus from the short sighted "take the money and run" strategy that is so much in use on the internet today. You've seen these sites all over.
